Album Of The Year 2009

Unfortunately this year there is no winner, because I spent too much time listening to Khalil, only if I didn’t get his album on last Christmas would make him one of the greatest album in my all time rank this year (his Orange Moon play count is 999 by year end). But I am not regret on anything, it simply means he is too good for 2009 that the other 29 albums I’ve got couldn’t nicely compete with him even though some are actually good.

For what’s other good ones, Daniel Merriweather’s Love & War is notably suitable for my mood in the later half of the year. He has a good voice and a guy’s rock just comes in nice when I needed the most for a male’s far cry.

Leo Ku’s Moments is another good album which I discover by end of the year from Xiamen Bi*ch’s place. The album was originally released by 2007, and the whole album was smooth as coffee, I couldn’t help but liking a lot of the songs.

Adele’s 19 came too late, a great album, and it took a year only I took note on her because at first I didn’t like such a tune, but it turns out a wonderful play in my one room apartment at night when everything else practically stop for her voice and her guitar.

no one beats Khalil, not even Mariah~!
