The trip took almost 6 hours with 524km, there is almost 50 or more tunnels (I only counted till 37 and got doze off, but I am sure there are dozens more). And the fog, I mean it is crazy out there, so dangerous that I am lucky that I am still alive, not the problem of the driver but more crazy over the weather.

The destination is not as good as anyone would anticipated, or we arrived by late afternoon, the sky was not as cheerful for a day trip, so we hopped on along, and I got some pictures, and we got so full by food, and I got so much wine but didn’t got drunk. And the next day we got to Sha Xian and had some more food, so full and I had not time to read my favourite new book - The Lost Symbol.

I am glad that I made the trip, although it was Xmas, because I get to stop thinking about work and leaving Xiamen for the island of workaholic, and I get to see so much nature, I love it.
