Suddenly I feel like I am going back to the days of AIA, and rumors has it that it could be even worse. For this week, I was working and working, till my eyes couldn’t take it anymore, I still found myself reading the backlog of emails. And now I have a laptop, I have to bring it back to work further, to clear all the issues, to solve all the problems, to direct other problems to others.

And what frustrates me more is the knowledge that I couldn’t obtain for this job and it is making everyone else in a headache, and I am guilty and trying not to blame Chimp on the transition but the workload he holds and the time he invested in this job, putting himself a pacifier to the team on almost every issue.

I think it reminds me back to the days on the first 6 months which was rather hard to live with (and to think I am only at 2nd month). So what I can do is an optimistic mind and doing my level best to plunge into this new role and area (providing myself is kind enough to lavish a balanced personal life to really enjoy it).
