Good Old Time
Kenny and Chia Mei came over to town and it feels like I had went back time to 4 years timeframe to which we were hanging out together and having fun. This is really something remisnicing and great to resurface again. Of course they now have their own lives over in Shanghai, but this morning we picked a coffee shop and sat there talking like there was no gap ever from the 4 years.
Sitting in the balcony of an expensive coffee bungalow on a sunny Saturday morning, over looking the beautiful YunDang lake, gosh, totally minimalist and I must say I havn’t quite had this feeling for a really long time, although it did remind me of those good times I spent in fancy restaurants in KL with my lovely ones.
After that, we spun a taxi ride around the island, literally, I have never done this before, and it took about an hour to around Xiamen island on the coast with RMB140, not bad for a quick sight seeing but it was a little uneasy to sit in the car for all an hour. I am back for more than a month and I have not even seen the famous coastal highway yet, it didn’t change much, still as tidy as before, and we could probably do the bicycle riding again if they had much time, ah~ good old times~~~
