Japanese Buffet
For the last 3 weekends I have been having Japanese buffet. Life has never been so good to my stomach for a very long time.
First we went to Tenji for supper, and tagged along were SST and Andric and of course the inevitable Tommy Salami (he is so talkative I don’t think he could stop for a minute by not talking, but well, he is such a fun guy to hang with). With 3 hours to eat and this round I was able to grab a lot of ice cream and prawns~ I literally spent my time in eating cakes and prawns and coconut drink…. It was a better experience than the last one, and it makes me feel better over Tenji now even though the place is still stuffy and filthy.~
Then I went back to Penang for cutie’s 3 yo birthday party and got myself into Ever Green hotel. It is the restaurant buffet dinner but most focus on Japanese cuisine. And I just ate and ate and ate and a lot of desserts too, yum yum for the desserts, totally loving the chocolate brownie and moist cakes~ And tempura is just a slip away from my sight~ And finally the encore we had cutie’s Xmas themed chocolate cake and I was totally in bliss~ although I was so full I could vomit by the minute I stepped out from the restaurant.
And then last week finally we visited Jogoya once again~ wo wo wo~ supper for 2 hours, and it was like a riot there, people were like rushing and running for food. So lucky we were the first few groups to go in and grab everything in advance, it was like we were the champion of the last challenge and this round we got a few extra minutes to early depart for destination. But seriously now I couldn’t recall if I ate enough, sure there were the tempuras, sure there were the ice creams, sure there were some sashimis, but really, it wasn’t alot and I was so full.
Having buffet is indeed a great story to tell, but then again, as long as u don’t waste food, it is ok to eat till you full sometimes ![]()
