Well, I am not exactly pleased with a new phone eventhough it is really nice due to the fact of me getting this fact is losing my Nokia 6110 Navigator which mimimao bought it for RM1700!!

This phone is slick and stylish, more or less like the Nokia 6800 which I wanted previously, it has a nice aluminium cover and metalic feel all over, and it is only 10mm thick~ more than half the size of my 6110!

This is my 6th handphone (the previous in order is Alcatel T301, Nokia 5300, Nokia 1100, Nokia 6060, Nokia 6110 Navigator) and my first Sony Ericsson. I was spoiled too much from Nokia, so now having some difficult time to adapt to Sony environment.

You probably know all the good things about this phone, but let me tell you some bad things I experienced after 5 hours of touching it.

1) It is somehow slower performance even I didn’t have anything in yet. Deleting 1 sms cost about 3 secs. This is slow.

2) The keypad is too cramped together and I often mispress other keys, so now I have to use the tip of my thumb instead of my thumb.

3) The music quality is not as good as my 6110. And it doesn’t read work documents (I wonder how bout text files…)

4) It doesn’t have front camera although 3G.

So far, I am ok for getting this phone, for sure I have to accept as this is hardly a smartphone, and I should get contend with it because I already have other things like iShuffle and PSP to compromise its music and gaming uncompetitiveness. Let’s hope this is the era of a new mobile tech for me, welcome Sony Ericsson.
