Hulk Is Incredible
In the last movie adaptation, we saw director Ang Lee attempted to imitate the heroic despair and loneliness like what made Spiderman so successful. Unfortunately he failed to capture most scores from the audience although I did like it.
So in this second movie, not only it wasn’t a followup from the first movie, they changed all casts (so long Bana) and director (so long Lee~) and moved it up to the taste of commercial audience and making it a high action, high violence, highly pop corn rated block buster.
The result, to me, is very entertaining, with the usual plots and graphics, this is another comic hero movie which you can’t miss for the Hollywood summer movie scenes. I cannot say this could compete with the first installment in bringing the Oscar elements (you know, sad story line, intense but quiet situation, and sad endings), but as shallow as I am as everyone else, I felt great after watching the movie and is yet another good topic to talk about and collect its DVD.
The last scene was particularly surprising, so surprised I was highly amused. Go watch it, I bet you will too.
you can already tell, they made the new hulk uglier and angrier, more inhuman like, so that people would treat this as a monster movie, instead of a humanitarian movie like the first one..
My colleagues ask me to watch this too on this friday.. hmm… I guess I will not go lol
